മുളകുപൊടി 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ
കുരുമുളക് പൊടി 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ
മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ചില്ലി ഫ്ലേക്സ് 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ഗരം മസാല 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ഉപ്പ്
ഇഞ്ചി വെളുത്തുള്ളി പേസ്റ്റ് 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ
നാരങ്ങ നീര് 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ
എണ്ണ 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ
മല്ലിയില

അരിക്ക്
സവാള 1 ചെറുതായി അരിഞ്ഞത്
വെളുത്തുള്ളി 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ അരിഞ്ഞത്
കറുവപ്പട്ട 2pc
ഏലം 4
തക്കാളി 1
ഗരം മസാല 1 ടീസ്പൂൺ
ഉപ്പ്
ബസ്മതി അരി 2 കപ്പ് (കഴുകി 10 മിൻ്റ് കുതിർത്തു വെച്ചത്)
ചൂടുവെള്ളം 3 കപ്പ്.
രീതി:
1) ചിക്കൻ ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ മണിക്കൂർ മാരിനേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുക അല്ലെങ്കിൽ രാത്രി മുഴുവൻ റഫ്രിജറേറ്ററിൽ വയ്ക്കുക. ഷാലോ ഫ്രൈ ചെയ്ത് മാറ്റി വയ്ക്കുക
2) അതേ പാനിൽ ഉള്ളി ചേർക്കുക, നിറം മാറിയാൽ മുഴുവൻ മസാലകളും ചേർക്കുക. ശേഷം വെളുത്തുള്ളി അരിഞ്ഞത് ചേർത്ത് പച്ച മണം മാറുന്നത് വരെ വഴറ്റുക.
3) തക്കാളി ചേർത്ത് മൃദുവാകുന്നത് വരെ വേവിക്കുക, തുടർന്ന് ഗരം മസാല ചേർക്കുക.
4) അരി ചേർത്ത് 2 മിനിറ്റ് വഴറ്റുക, എന്നിട്ട് ചൂടുവെള്ളം ചേർക്കുക. ഇടത്തരം തീയിൽ വെള്ളം അലിയുന്നത് വരെ വേവിക്കുക. പൂർണ്ണമായും അടച്ച് 20 മുതൽ 25 മിനിറ്റ് വരെ ചെറിയ തീയിൽ വെള്ളം വറ്റുന്നതുവരെ വരെ വേവിക്കുക
5) വറുത്ത ചിക്കൻ, മല്ലിയില എന്നിവ ചേർക്കുക.
ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ എളുപ്പമാണ്: എല്ലാം ഒരു പാത്രത്തിൽ പാകം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനാൽ ചുരുങ്ങിയ ക്ലീനിംഗ് മാത്രമേ ആവശ്യമുള്ളൂ.
സമയം ലാഭിക്കൽ: ചിക്കനും അരിയും വെവ്വേറെ പാചകം ചെയ്യുന്ന പരമ്പരാഗത രീതികളേക്കാൾ കുറച്ച് സമയമേ എടുക്കൂ.
